  • Okay, you're all mandated to start programming in DirectX 9 so that I have some programming buddies.

<div style='font: ; text-align: left; '>I've been playing around with the DirectX 9 SDK all night. Unlike previous Microsoft DirectX SDKs, I can understand the tutorials in this one! I bought a book and it appears by and large to be crap. I recommend just getting the SDK and starting to play around with it.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Sounds like you want the theory behind it. Try looking at some computer graphics textbooks. Mine, "Interactive Computer Graphics" by Angel, was decent, but there must be better ones out there.</div>
