You know what's really ironic about this? Back when I was playing SimEarth, until I found out you could make a race of robots by dropping the Monolith on a rock or whatever it was, I used to Monolith the jellyfish all the time in order to create undersea sentient jellyfish societies.
Clearly this is my karmic revenge, with immortality being only the first step to their eventual world domination.
