Google's ad
Microsoft spends billions of dollars on their ads talking about how Bing is the hot shit and a totally different way to search, and their whole thing about their splash page being friendly.
Google, OTOH, releases this cheap no-frills ad (only real cost was the Superbowl timeslot), and completely shatters the image Bing was trying to get with their billions of dollars. Look, he types something in, and gets exactly what he wants in the first or second result.
