I'm planning on a 80/20 loan to bypass the PMI bullshit. (Plus, it's nice to be able to speed-pay the 20% loan and have a lower monthly payment.)</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>we had to get 2 loans 80/15 and 5% down to bypass the PMI also. The monthly payments are cheaper with a second trust (not to mention tax deductible on the interest) so i dont even know why PMI was invented.</div>
