Without a proper amount of sleep you can't excersize as well because your body is tired. Without a well excersized body and a lot of energy, you probably won't attract a suitable girl, and therefore don't get sex, and therefore can't sleep well. Sex and excersize along with sleeping are very healthy things, of course that all goes along with a good diet =P</div>
