Sounds eeriely similar to Microsoft treatment of OEMs. Various OEMs tried selling some Linux servers or Linux dual-boots, and Microsoft threaten to pull their contracts. Obviously, since Microsoft is a monopoly, this is illegal to do. Red Hat and others should have sued them long ago. The Netscape case was somewhat weak, and the judge's punishment was even weaker. (Fucking appeals court! And of course, the second and final decision was handed out when Bush came to power.)
