Well, i'm taking an offer from Network Solutions and it is everything i wanted it to be. More money for a no stress 40ish hour week with fun perks tossed in. Gone are my outsourcing days of always trying to impress a client and working insane hours during busy season.
NS's office has a great Internet company kind of feel, real lax dresscode, early closing hourrs on Fridays, a light atmosphere with things like a fussball table in the hallway, and nice people. I'll be doing financial reporting within the accounting department which is a little difference than audit and some of the projects i did as an outsourced employee, but i know i will like it better as it is back to basic accounting; the stuff you first learn in school (on an advanced level of course) that got me interested in accounting to begin with.
I start on the 10th.
