Hey Seeker...

I have a question for you, in hopes or attempts to not be at odds with you anymore.

I seem to notice that many of the times we end up at odds with each other, it involves a post you've made where you specificcally talk about people you consider to be "rednecks" or uneducated.

Can you tell me why you seem to have so much disregard for them? I am interested in understanding this, because the other half of the time I seem to find you quite intelligent and educated. If I understand your viewpoint better, I may be less inclined to lose my temper when you post something I don't agree with.

Sincerely,
Mental

P.S. I apologize for my response to your FFVII journal. That should have fallen under the artistic license category. I might have my own opinions about it, but you know what, you're not hurting anyone, and it's not really my right to lay into you on it.

It doesnt have anything to do with rednecks, that is just one example of the bigger picture.

The bigger picture is that Seeker is the least open minded person i have ever met. He forms an opinion and considers it right regardless if anyone pulls out proof or makes excellent logical sense otherwise. The proof is disregarded as not true, the points are accused of being off topic, and if he clearly knows he is wrong he doesnt respond to the post anymore and lets it float away.

He is the kind of person who never says sorry and never admits to being wrong, so in general he is a terrible human being. I would take 60 friendly bumpkins from Alabama to live in this world with over an egotistical bastard like Seeker.

There are basic human qualities that let you know what kind of person you are, Seeker lacks some of the biggest. If someone cant even say "Sorry, yes i am wrong." then can they really show compasion? Empathy? Pain? Love?...

That just my opinion, though, it could be wrong.

It takes a man with compassion, empathy, pain, and love to admit something like that. :)

Ok, i sense you are being facetious and maybe i tried to get a little too deep, but i still think it is easy to tell what kind of man Seek is by years of reading his posts. *shrug*

I didn't think it was too deep. I just felt like giving you a friendly jest. :)

I don't have anything against you Mental, I never did. I find it fun to make fun of rednecks, and think it's funny that Flip and some others get offended by it. I also do not care much for offending people because in reality all I am offending are peoples views and egos.

Flip, I think you should examine yourself closely before pinning that stuff on anyone else. That post of yours is a fairly accurate representation of how you frequently behave on this site in intense arguments. For example, look back to the time where you got terribly offended when I said your fast food diet was terrible; the person I was arguing with, you, is accruate to your above description. I do know that your post above does not even really deserve a reply since all you were really doing (in the words of someone here earlier) was simple internet trolling; but hey, I reply to everything addressed towards me unlike how you incorrectly stated above.

Sorry, that stupid argument only strengthens my point.

What was your quote? "It makes me sick that people actually willingly put that crap into their bodies."... lack of openmindedness to an extreme for something as small a topic as food!...

No matter, you're just a joke to me by the way you act.

Explain logically how that quote strengthens any of your statements above. Explain how my statement lacks open-mindedness? I would say that your inability to accept that I have this opinion is rather a demonstration of someone who lacks open-mindedness.

What's that last line of yours? More typical simple internet trolling? Thought so.
