I've only seen two episodes of Arrested Development, and I think this makes a reference to one of them.

Kupek, check out some more Arrested, but start at the beginning. Smartest (and best) sitcom I've ever seen. This really does not belong on network TV, which would explain why it's always struggling for ratings. It does rule that much.
