MMA: Ken Shamrock vs. Kazushi Sakuraba video

Now the issue with this one is that there is debate over the finish of the fight. It's relatively short with Sakuraba getting awarded a TKO victory. Shamrock was quite pissed off at the decision and felt the fight was ended early. The thing is Frank Shamrock, his brother, even states that Ken was clearly out in that fight.
The way I see it, on the slow motion replay it looks like a good TKO to me, it came early in the time, but it could have come later on too. Ken looked like he was sleeping on the second rope after those punches.
Perhaps Ken wasn't out. If that were the case he certainly did a great acting job in making it look like he was. If the decision wasn't made there, then by the way things were going and compared to Ken's last fight, I would say that given another 3-6 seconds there would have been no doubt in anyones mind that Ken was done.
