As BL said, they're mostly ad accounts, probably set up by a bot. If the Shrine had one of those things where you need to type in the letters that are in an image or something, we could probably avoid them.

It has the ability, but Sine doesnt want to use it....

I wish it was easy enough to do that. Im trying to get Sine to install a mod that allows easier user management.

We should probably just blow out all the accounts that haven't been used within a certain time period.

I fail to understand why this is effective advertising.

Because these are automated bots, mostly. It's like spam - nearly no one buys from it, but the cost per post is very nearly zero, so it evens out.
