I don't want to spoil the joke, but I found this hilarious. It's a quick read (one paragraph or so). Truth is indeed stranger than fiction sometimes, and funnier.

I knew what it was as soon as I saw the title.

But I'd be curious to know if it is really used in the scientific community. It'd be sweet if it was.
