Some of the videos which are supposed to be from Al-Zawahiri are fake. Some of the persons on the videos are not al-Zawahiri.

They're doing a pertty good job of faking his discolored bump thing on his forehead then.

His hand looks poised dangerously close to his face in all of those images. I think the satellites may have gotten to him.
