I would have loved for this to happen at the Best Buy store I used to work at, because I know how serious some of the employees take the customer service thing, and this would have driven most of them up the wall.

Read some of the other missions, I think what they do is awesome. It makes me happy knowing someone does it.

The one with the cell phones ringing at the bookstore was great!
I liked how they shot the whole "One bad cell phone is causing the others to go off" theory by setting off all the Nokia phones, then all of the Samsungs, and so on.

Not criticizing but asking: why?

Awesome, just totally awesome.
Wish I could be a part of something like that, either as an employee or an "agent". It's just funny.

Some of the times because they're prodding and poking at cultural norms in ways that amuse me. Some of them are clever in both execution and visually that please me much in the same way a clever phrasing in a good book, a funny sketch, or good music pleases me. Other times they just seem to be having a lot of fun in unconventional ways. While the missions are not themselves impulsive (they're too planned to be that), I think participating in them takes a kind of willingness to do something different that I admire. We're so comfortable in our routines and expectations, that it's difficult (at least for me) to break out of them and enjoy ourselves.
