Gmail skins and additional buttons

I stole this from our forum at work:
That's right: (icons from left to right) Now you insert HTML, insert Table, insert Image, insert Smiley, and insert from Picassa!
After you click on one of the Insert HTML buttons, you get this popup...
Smilies
And clicking on the Picassa link, pops up a Picassa photo viewer.
This is the important part: How do I get these options?
Click here http://picasa.google.com/ Sign up for Picassa, you can download it when you get home. This is the only way to get the above options....

Hope you can get details from this image I made.
You can only do this thru Firefox, and only with the Firefox that has the appropriate extension. You can change the colors of Gmail, .... well, hopefully you can see. (Don't want to type it all out)
