This is the info he gave me as for what he is looking for.

I need wide open HD space that is reliable, about 4 web address (e-mail accounts would be nice but not needed), ftp access would be great to allow for control. if you can get me prices on hd space and each web address. I will do some moves on my end.

He works as a teacher and aparently he has to set up a few websites, so he needs the hosting for that.

I host a couple websites at godaddy.com. They seem to be fine if you don't need absolute control over the server.
