Doesn't XP come with a way to communicate in a phone call-like way over the Internet now? Called NetMeeting or something? Not sure how it's all done, if someone can help (for a school project), it would be appreciated

Yep should be under 'C:\Program Files\NetMeeting' in XP if you have the professional edition, not sure about Home, you might need Outlook. Basically it's a chat program where you can do voice, video and text conversations, share ideas via "whiteboard" (drawing) and share files and programs.</div>
