About 5'10", but I'm thick (in a good way) so it's not so bad. :)

I am thick as well.

I actually weigh 170 lbs, and probably only 15 lbs of that or so is fat that shouldn't be there...well, maybe 20 on a bad day.

Kind of wish I could finally get rid of my gut (which has been there since I was about six - no joke), but it's nice to know that I weigh about as much as my friends, who are each around six foot, and am in really only slightly worse shape than they are. Few more months of calisthenics and I should go start picking bar fights. :D

6 foot even, and I go between 190 - 195 lbs. these days. To give an idea of my build, I can bench 275 lbs., ass-to-the-grass squat 295 lbs, clean & press 190 lbs., and deadlift 405 lbs.

If you want to get rid of your gut, add muscle mass to your frame and do some cardio. Lift heavy weights, and focus on the big compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench and clean & press.

I weigh normally between 210 and 220, haven't had a shred of fat on me since the age of 4 or so.

Dang, man. I think my max in bench press is like 220 tops. I'm hoping you mean 275 is your max. :)

I really need to do more cardio. I'd be in even better shape if I did more cardio.

Combine genetic Tongan predisposition to bulk and an increasingly sedentary lifestyle and you'll end up with me right now. I've gone to fat, woooo! 110 kilograms. Hopefully I'll be able to shed some of those when I get my bike back.

Six foot or six-one. I haven't measured my height since I was a teen, and I haven't grown taller since I was 16. Weight is between 210 and 220.

6'0". 185-190lbs. Cannot bench press 275. Someone spends more time in the weight room than researching computer science papers. Thanks for making us feel bad Kupek! ;)

A 275 bench is insane. I never got beyond about 160...

6'2 185 pounds (weight can jump around quite a bit sometimes)

Im not benching so much these days, my max was 225 in HS. I tend to just do all over workouts these days. In the winter I'll start benching again ;D
