http://yro.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid= ... 35228">has the background</a>. Apparently Digg has tried to erase stories (and accounts of submitters) related to the exposed HD-DVD keys. Digg members are rising up and fighting back.

Fark posted the updates to this-- founder of Digg said they're turning around and allowing it because everyone would rather Digg get sued out of existence than censor illegal content...
