193 miles of flight in a "homemade aircraft", said aircraft being a lawn chair tied to a lot of helium balloons. I give this guy some props.

"In September, he got off the ground for six hours. Like Walters, he used a BB gun to pop the balloons, but he went into a rapid descent and eventually parachuted to safety."

Haha, he shot himself out of the sky =P

They mention how the original guy got fined by the FAA for the stunt... but didn't mention whether this guy got prior approval or not.
