Hahaha I've heard about this since yesterday when it broke... but I hadn't seen the video yet. What a freakin douche.
Actually... I didn't know much about DEFCON until now-- me thinks next year I'm going to have my company send me out there since I am in Information Security. Would be pretty awesome.
NBC can DIAF.. stupid ass "shock" pieces.

*That's* funny. I didn't watch the video, but just reading the synopsis was awesome.
I hope I'd know enough not to try that at DEFCON. I used to have a friend really into hacker culture, and he went once or twice and told me about it. Not really surprised that they were completely prepared to catch an undercover reporter...
Good for them, I say. Somehow I doubt tomorrow the entire internet is going to go down from some sort of "spawn of DEFCON" super-virus...

They have "Spot The Fed' contests every year. I guess the reporter didn't know about that, else she wouldn't have come.
Though, as stupid as she is, she's still hot. All more the reason that they could spot her *rimshot*
