Interesting guy. Very interesting. He won't win, but he's the guy I wish could win. His party (Republicans) desperately want to shut him up though.

His stance on abortion is disturbing but he's a solid dude, and his voting record shows a willingness to put his money where his mouth is.

(HELLO EVERY DEMOCRAT, WHY DID YOU NOTE VOTE AGAINST THE FUCKING WAR)

I wouldn't mind Bill Richardson for president, but we all know that only two choices have a chance of winning the Demo vote. He might have a chance to be VP, though. Obama and Hillary have been at odds with each other that, even with the powerful combination, I doubt they would team up.

I hope to god Hillary doesn't end up president. The last thing we need is a royal bitch of a president who only cares about herself. (And some strange pattern of "Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton" between 1988 and present.)

Why is Hillary Clinton a bitch? Not saying she isn't but what has she done to convince you that she is.

Also, Ron Paul is personally pro-Life, but legally Pro Choice (actually, he thinks states and communities should determine the law here).

Well, for starters, she waltz into a state she has never lived in and takes the senate seat. Nothing like picking where you live based on how likely it is that you'll win a seat in politics.

She's solely going after this presidency for her own personal gain and power. She's the kind of person that needs poll results to answer any question or vote on any subject. Her voting record is straight down party lines, just like that bloated old Ted Kennedy.

"Waltzed in"? She was voted in. The people of her district had a choice and they voted for her. How does that make her a bitch?

And how does that make her different from 100% of the other politicians out there?

I used to think my friends who told me that men are intimidated by powerful women were being overly paranoid (and I told them that often). After watching Hillary, seeing Carly Fiorina, and others, I'm now I'm positive that in many cases, they are exactly right.

And BTW, I'm not really even trying to defend Hilliary here. I keep seeing the bitch word thrown around her and I'm trying to figure out if people actually have a real justification for why they feel that way. To me, she's a typical bland politician.

Blah, the people didn't really have a "choice", just like California didn't have a choice to not vote for Arrrrnold. It's a celebrity vote that had to do with how popular a person she was, not if she would make a good senator for the state she was representing.

Many people who vote don't even know what the fuck they are voting for. After all, if you don't know who the dog catcher is, why the hell would you vote for him? People make uninformed decisions in the voting booth all the time. Shit, look who we have for president for the last 7 years. Democracy is a fucking joke.

Look at who we are going to vote for on the Democratic side. It's either going to be Obama or Hillary. Why? Popularity. It has nothing to do with anything else, like if there are better people to vote for. (Bill Richardson comes to mind.)

There are other politicians that aren't so damn blatant about it. It has nothing to do with being a "powerful woman". It has more to do with being a "power-hungry woman", and that's a dangerous person to have in the White House, woman or man.

The "powerful" vs. "power-hungry" debate is also the reason that, unless I take a really hard look at the situation and end up reassessing it someow, I also will not vote for Hillary. Personally, I really like Obama and will probably end up voting for him.
