I got an ice-cream maker. Greatest Valentine's Day ever.

ahh fuck off... singles awareness day (it's cheesy but it's true) blows; as if I didn't already have enough reminders about the fact.

They should just rename it Happy Men Spend Money Day. Has any male ever received anything decent for Valentine's Day?

I dislike this holiday immensely. It's the biggest of the Hallmark holidays and one where it's not just expected that men do things for women (not just spend money) but one where it's DEMANDED. I love doing things for my wife (I do it regularly throughout the year) but I despise it when it's expected/demanded.

I got my new girl a Jawbone headset for valentine's day that is red. Roses and chocolates are being delivered this afternoon and we are going to have cheese and wine around 7:30 and then dinner at 8:30.

Dry red wine is my favorite. Shiraz and Merlot are my favorites.

Seriously... I'm sick of this. How much does a hitman cost these days? I'd explain but I'm too pissed to even put it into words... I just think the best thing for the both of us now is if she died a fiery death inside her car and I got to move on with my life.

And I'm never like this... but even I have my limits. I just about snapped today... I've taken her poor attitude and treating me like shit since she broke us up for the past 3 months very well. I never tried to get her to leave and have always treated her very nicely since. I have done more for her in the past year than anyone else has in at least 5 years... and she can't even show me some gratitude and respect? We're still in this situation because she didn't want to bother trying to fix our relationship and because she can't afford to move out or let me do so. I can't live like this anymore and I don't deserve to. She needs to show some fucking appreciation for the sacrifices and kindness I've given her or get the fuck out of my life. Her attitude has totally destroyed my memories of when we were dating and that pisses me off because that was the best 7.5 months of my life... now sullied because she has to be such a bitch.

I know you think you've been plenty patient, I don't think anyone on this board would say that you haven't sacrificed more than 30 times her weight in your time and effort. Know unfortunately, you will never receive any gratitude or a "thank you" from her. That is her personality. She uses and manipulates. You've done nothing but be the bigger person and I ask you only to do it a little while longer before you can cast her back into the "Oh wow is me..." life she is so accustomed to being in and then rescued by some poor sap who doesn't know that love doesn't reside between her thighs but a metal mashing set of teeth does.

Normally I wouldn't wish this on a stranger but then again, they might be perfect for one another.

Either way, do your laundry, down a bottle or two of wine, masturbate on her pillow and call it a night.

We're both on the lease. Both of us can sign a waiver to let one of us out of it... but the remaining person has to prove they can still afford the apartment. I can afford this place on my own, but she can't... nor can she afford to move out yet (and possibly not even by May)

And the lease is up in May? Ugh, that sucks. Any chance you could get somebody to move in before then? Would it be worth it for you just to pay the rest of your half of the lease out and find another place? It doesn't sound like it's doing your psyche any good being there.

It's hard. I feel like a pansy playing on rookie. It is nearly impossible to shoot. I'm so used to NHL03.

I never did get used to the new stick controls in '07 before I sold it. Apparently it's incredible if you're able to.
