Cnet has a history of doing nothing with great domain names. Mp3.com (as Sine mentioned), news.com, download.com, chat.com, etc... The list of domains they own is incredible and yet ALL are irrelevant. That's a feat in and of itself.

I still use download.com reguarly. I find it easier than doin' a search for simple, shareware stuff and sometimes drivers. I HATE navigating some manufacturer's sites for drivers, it's irritating

But yeah, the rest mean nothing to me.
