Is this the last in the Sword of Truth series? Has anyone read it yet?

I'm interested in how it all turns out, but not interested enough to pay hardback price. I lost my gusto for this series a few books ago, even though i do continue to read them. Its funny when you look at my bookshelf because most series start as paperbacks as i test it out or am late to the series, then they graduate to hardback around the middle of the series when im really into it, but then get demoted back to paperback at the end.

Except for A Song of Ice and Fire, that will be hardback until the bitter conclusion.

I havent finished the first Chainfire book. And I think the Chainfire was just a trilogy within the Sword of Truth series. I hope it continues past that.

Hmm, im not sure, but you are probably right. There would be more fanfare and probably made obvious if it were the last book. From Wiki, though:

Yeah, you are right, i thought the last paragraph sounded like he was ending the series with this arc, but i got info that said he expects to write more.
