2400-horsepower 1963 Corvette fastest street legal car

I don't get people's love of muscle cars but even I thought this was pretty cool. 0 to 60 in 1 second, broke 210mph. AND-- 10mpg, lol which isn't bad at all considering.

EDIT: I should clarify-- it broke 210mph in a QUARTER MILE. There are cars that can reach a faster speed but not in nearly that distance.

Wow, and a beautiful sounding engine, too. Sounds like actual horses bearing down on the street.
I'm sure Top Gear USA will talk to these guys soon.

I have a '65 (much prettier in my opinion) but it doesn't perform close to that beast, lol. Nice.

I still have my 1965 Mustang. I'm buying the new wheels and tires for it this coming week...
Not sure when she'll be all done, but there will be many photos and much celebration.

My mom's bf just sold his 65 Mustang GT Fastback and bought a 08 Challenger. I wasnt happy.

Yeah, original white paint, black leather interior...it was sweet. They offered to let me buy it, but I don't have the money or a garage to keep it in.
