Anna told me you were looking for a place. I was going to move out of my current place, but I'd stay if I could find a roommate.

It's on South Main St., about two blocks past the old middle school. Nice place, but the rent is high for Blacksburg: $925 total, so about $460 per person. It's a townhouse with washer/dryer, hardwood floors, a/c, recently renovated, and the empty room is the bigger one. Let me know if you're interested.

Also, the room is empty now. Anna hinted that you're not happy with your current living situation, so...

Hah, she was drunk enough to mention it twice to me last night.

It's definitely extremely tempting and it sounds great. I didn't sign a lease for this place so technically I could just get the hell out of here. Moving during the semester feels like it would be too hectic for me.

I'm not entirely sure what to do. I'm calling my parents tomorrow and if they could help me move I would definitely be up for it. It's nice to have another option - I was planning on living alone again when the lease on this place lapses July 31st.

I'll post a more concrete answer by Monday.

Okay I'm definitely interested. Not sure I could move out at the moment, but we can flesh out the details and I certainly don't want to be where I am now for terribly much longer.

Anna's horror stories are worse than mine but I'm starting to get sick of this place, too. My roommates girlfriend offered me some soup last night. How nice... Wait this is my soup!

That's really sucks dude, I have room mates now who are kinda like that.

Say, slightly off-topic, but how expensive is living up in Canada? I know we have plenty of Canucks here--I'm considering, post-college, moving to Montreal. Any insider info?
