I'm suspect of her side of the story. Regardless, this is why I know some tattoo artists refuse to certain areas - such as the face or the hands.

Yep, most of the ones around here wont do above the collarbone or past the wrists/ankles.

She supposedly wanted three modest star tattoos around her eye? Uh. Face tattoos can't be modest. And by definition, stars themselves aren't exactly modest. Augh!

Uhhh, Lots Tattoo artists look like that, some less extreme, but a lot of them show off their own body are to let people know how good they are.

It's a little hard to believe... especially considering he said she agreed to it until her father saw it. I'm still a little confused on how her father didn't wonder why it was taking so long if he was standing outside the whole time.

And the tattoo artist mentioned he doesn't give any drugs or anesthesia when he tattoos, but I wonder if she really fell asleep, if she took any by herself before they started the process.

And they're supposed to draw the tattoo in place first, unless they do things differently over there. I donno. Either way, it's kinda fucked up.

So she wanted 3 by the eye, but will keep 3 on her forehead and remove the rest, yet half her face is inked... what the fuck does this girl want? I smell BS, too. Fuck that chick, i believe the weird tattoo guy.

I apprenticed for a few years, I don't know many artists that work on their own body (at least very much). Generally, it's work from others, local or abroad.

On another note, her story is pretty iffy...not because she claimed she passed out / drifted off (its possible, albeit unlikely with forehead work) but the fact that she posed for a picture after. She doesn't look happy in the photo, don't blame her...shitty work and a shitty concept.

But if some guy just plastered half your fucking face with stars you weren't expecting, you wouldn't be modelling the results...you'd be tearing up the shop and calling the cops.
