There should be the equivalent of a self-defense law (ie. you can defend your "space" or something) when it comes to walking/driving/etc. You give the people the ability to give the paparazzi the smack-down here and there (to a certain degree) and I think things will be much better. The people in the media have to at least give you a certain level of personal space (literally, not figuratively)

All of Faux News needs to get a broken jaw or three.
