In a way, I almost feel for the guy. Nobody's made of stone, and lots of people go through affairs over the years. But you can't just up and disappear for five days when you're governor. As Chris Rock would say, you can't get your job back if you disappear for five days from McDonalds, much less the governorship.

I'm sure he is allowed some vacation time but I think the main thing is that he lied about his whereabouts. He didn't even let his staff know where exactly he was going.

Oh well, the republican party is dying and hopefully with it, a two party system.

A one party system is worse than two... you get away from a 2 party system by having a 3+ party system like most of the other countries
