...so to speak, anyway. I have my doubts about the magnet guy, and one or two of the others, but the eye guy at the end is just fuxing scary. No doubt he uses his superpower to leave bad guys in a quivering heap over just how grisly and horrifying his frickin' eyes are.

That's one of the other ones I have trouble with.

1 and 8 I have heard of before and believe to be true. 2, 3, 5, and 10 all seem believable to me, and I might point out that number 2 is practically Matt Murdock, which is kind of cool. Number 10 with the ability to pop his eyes in and out of his sockets at will would give me nightmares if I stared at him too long, that is profoundly disturbing and almost seems like a comic book drawing itself. I don't really see 9 as a superpower, badass as it is. 4, 6, and 7 seem kind of shady to me.

Number 8 - the guy who sticks needles through himself - apparently also electrocutes himself on stage, in addition to sword swallowing and fire eating. Wikipedia has his stage name as "Zamora the Torture King". That is...kind of awesome.

Dude ought to have his own comic book deal or something. That would be a crazy and screwed-up opponent for Green Arrow or Hawkeye or one of the other circus-skill-based heroes.
