Why can't these lawyers get punished for letting these cases get formed? They are clogging the system, even if the judge throws it out, which he will.

I wasn't... did that really come off as me being sarcastic against you? I wasn't joking nor was I trying to insult you; I believe you should be able to take legal action against a lawyer who wastes your time / money on a case that is totally bogus.
