Purcahsing a house not the show House update.

House has been inspected. I have the sewer inspection. From the stack to the outside vent everything is clear but from the vent to the street there is a blockage. Not sure if that means there is something there or if the lateral pipe collapsed between the vent and the street. Put in my repair request to the buyers. They have to fix that for me or disclose it to the next person who tries to buy. We shall see what happens but I'm still remaining neutral on this whole thing until I have keys in hand.

Just waiting to close now. I have to make an appointment with the insurance office to sign the paperwork. Other than that I'm finished and will close on Friday.

Closed on the house yesterday. Still hasn't set in that the house is mine. I don't take possession until this afternoon. Very fucking excited!

Grats!
We've moved a couple of times, and it definitely takes a while to get used to the idea that its YOUR house. The first time we walked in our house on our own without the realtor there felt like we were trespassing or something hehe.
