It may not be "politically correct" to say it, but yes - I DO believe that it's important for European Americans to maintain their racial identity as much as they possibly can. The large cities on the coasts are now almost all "majority minority" and although many on this board may disagree, I think this demographic transformation of these cities is a tragic loss for European Americans and their culture.
The "heartland" of America has always been the anchor of the nation, providing America with most of its food, much of its industry and many of its good people. Even though I live on the East Coast, I have a special fondness for the people of the "flyover states" and I would like to see those people and that culture survive.
This article suggests that Midwestern states should " work on attracting immigrant populations, who can help revive dying towns through their sheer numbers." I strongly disagree. The still majority-white Midwest should work on MAINTAINING a white majority and preserving the European American character of it's small towns. The small town culture of rural white America is an invaluable cultural and historical treasure that can never be replaced once lost. In the future, perhaps whites who are tired of government enforced multiculturalism and the high crime rate of the inner cities will rediscover the Midwest and treat it as a protected refuge for their people. Perhaps THAT will be the "selling point" that will revive the Midwest economy.
Racial identity and survival are a natural part of being human. The Japanese have a nation to themselves and no one thinks ill of them. The Mexicans have a nation in Mexico, Jews have a nation in Israel, the Chinese have a nation in China - and even the Dali Lama, certainly a man of peace, seeks a nation for his own people and their culture.
White people too need a nation and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with saying so. Let's start by maintaining a white majority in the American Midwest.
