Oh hey, kids. I'm not around much lately, even though when I am I'm usually just creeping and not posting. Anyway, thought I'd let you know what I'm up to. I answered a Kijiji ad a while back to be the chef of a Southern-style BBQ joint. A few months later,
it's open!
That's my friend Steve in the first pic... looks like he's punching himself in the face but he's probably eating. I lol'd.

The secret to a good BBQ joint is variety of sauces, especially a mustard sauce, a hot red sauce, and various in-between. I'm sure you know this, but you'd be surprised how many get that wrong. Sauce is EVERYTHING!
What kind of sauces you got?

Just as you described, actually: mustard, hot red, and a darker sweet red.
