He just started there and is posting his thoughts. I think it was Sine, a while back, who mentioned Google's insane questionnaire that potential employees have to take. It seems that process works for the environment they try to promote.

Good read. Sounds like a cool place to work. I think I would do well in an environment like that. The "figure out what needs to get done" approach is what I like.
