When I move the mouse cursor over a thread sometimes it gets highlighted. Does this happen to anyone else? And why does it happen at all?

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>It happens when you roll over the (#/#) part at the end of a thread. It highlights all the threads below it, if you click it it collapses the threads below it.</div>
