<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Yes, actually. Aside from the fact that any pattern of malfunction, no matter how long of a period between problems, is by definition of the word "regular", for something like an elevator to consistantly malfunction as frequently as once a semester is ridiculous.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Considering that the entire four years I was at Virginia Tech, I never once heard of an elevator malfunctioning - chronically or a single time - yes, I'd say that once a semester is a problem.</div>
