If you're interested in Oracle suing Google over Android, read this analysis of Google's response:
Google Answers Oracle, Counterclaims, and Moves to Dismiss Copyright Infringement Claim
Growlaw is the blog of Pamela Jones, a former paralegal who is most well known for following and analyzing SCO's lawsuit against IBM over the Linux kernel. As far as I know, she's not a lawyer, but she knows her shit.

Very interesting to read. I liked her interpretation of the "tone" of the response. She thinks that Google is angry because they know they're in the right and so they aren't hiding anything.
From their response, it sounds like Oracle is full of it. If they can't even point out specific enough details about the copyright infringement for software whose source is publicly available to them, then do they really have a leg to stand on?

Oracle: like their product, hate their greed. Oracle is one of the greediest motherfuckers in the world. No wonder their CEO is one of the richest billionaires in the world. Their database licenses are total robbery, and their takeover of MySQL is another thorn in everybody's side.
And good for Google for playing hard ball with these guys. Google doesn't take shit from nobody. Not from Microsoft. Not from Apple. And certainly not from Oracle.
