I delete em / ban em as they come in...but I only make it around every few days.

Should be fixed now. Using a Q&A CAPTCHA now, and deleted all of the bot users. If they are going through now, it's because some human is answering the questions and confirming via email.
Sorry I've been gone for a while. Just been busy lately between work, home, son, and playing MTG. I'll probably parse through all of the replies later on tonight.
