<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>Heh...I remember you posted the specs for a 300mHz computer some years back. But in a few months after that, I had built myself a 400mHz computer. =8^) I'll be getting an AMD64 soon.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>My dad sent me down an eMac for Christmas, I really don't know shit about it though other than it seems to run better than my 2.4 ghZ, 512 MB RAM PC. Plus it looks damn cool compared to any PC I ever had. I especially like the ease I have switching between Swedish, English, and Danish alphabets.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>Mac's are good. The only reason i wouldnt switch is because games take longer to come out for then (if at all) and i dont feel like relearning a new OS and office programs.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>PCs are for gaming. Macs are great for photochopping and video editing. I'll get one soon. I might try to do some Wedding stuff as a side job. I'll need about $15,000 to get started though. Ugh.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>Thats a really, really shitty video card. Otherwise good. The 5200s are horridly slow.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>Its not that bad, atleast it is DX9.0. It will be able to play HL2 and Doom3, just without the settings cranked up and who really plays games like that anyways?</div>
Funny you mention it, my computer got an overhaul today too.

<div style='font: 14pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>New case, mobo, and video card (Radeon 9200 128 MB). I'd have spent more for a better video card, but as it was my old mobo wouldn't support anything better than what it already had inside (GeForce4 MX420 64 MB), so I ended up having to shell out extra for that, plus the case and power supply. Doesn't bother me too much, since the new mobo has plenty of upgrade potential. The best thing of all was that I didn't have to have Windows reloaded, which seems to be the exception to the rule.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>Uh, a lot of people do. Thats the point of getting a nice PC. And yes, the 5200s are that bad, and still may not play Doom3 acceptably.</div>
I'm upgrading soon too...

For the Athlon64 i would reccomend the SiS 755 chipset. Anandtech loved it and claims its the best one out there.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Times New Roman"; text-align: left; '>Probably the ECS 755-A SiS based like Flip said, but I'm strongly considering VIA and Nforce boards too, since I'm wary of ECS</div>
