We had it decriminalized here years ago, very little has changed. You still get fined for getting caught with pot, just no criminal charges.

Doesn't matter. The feds are already warning California pot shops that they have 30 days to pack their shit and leave. So much for leaving the issue alone for a while. Yay to arresting AIDS patients!
