I'm not advocating dropping milk at all. It's just from my experience. Here's one guy you might enjoy reading.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>Oh yes. All year round I used to have sinus congestion and colds every other month. Once I switched to soy and rice milk, the only time I got sinus problems was during the allergy season. And even that is nothing like I used to experience. I still put half n half in my coffee, though. Hmmmm.....</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", "Century Gothic"; text-align: left; '>Still...the links between cow's milk and children's diabiates is pretty good. Cow's milk is made for cows. Why else would there be so many lactose-intolerant people?</div>

Milk and children's diabete's? News to me. Just because it's in print, and just because an M.D. said it, doesn't make it so. The presence of people who can't digest milk doesn't mean it's bad for everyone.
