Worst in the world?  I'd believe it.  Typical American schools teach typical American values like we are the center of the world.  I was being dramatic though, i know the capital is Ottawa...

The only reason i remember Ottawa though, is because i find it interesting that it is really close to the US border. So close, that i used to joke that we could roll in there and take it over pretty easily, thus creating Baby America (Simpson's reference).</div>
