Jebus there's a whole lot to do... At least now I can see the finished product in my head.</div>

We plan on closing Friday. And yes, we'll have fun painting, carpetting, cleaning, etc. I want to replace both of the bathtubs with a good sit-down shower downstairs, and a whirlpool bath upstairs.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Ouch, I just helped my sister with a moldy basement. I was lucky with mine, 55 yr old house and it's dry as the Sahara.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt georgia; text-align: left; '>Yeah, owner had to pay 6500 buckaroos to get it fixed. They gutted the bottom 3 ft of the basement. So we get a partially new basement out of the deal.</div>

The most annoying thing is that our cable TV and phone are still not hooked up and unpacking tons of boxes is a bore. We'll have those 2 utilities up tomorrow, though. yea.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Cool! I'll have to reciprocate. I finished the kitchen cupboards today, primed the walls in the Kitchen and bathroom. Fun Fun. Time for FM4 now.</div>
