<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>I re-did out entire floor from carpet to laminate flooring. I added crown molding (dentil style) and chair railing. I did the dual tone wall paint job as well. Quarter round is all I have left to do. WHEW!</div>

A unit on our same street that has the same layout as ours just recently went under contract, it's list price was 8% higher than what we paid and we just closed in April. Barring any market collapse this should turn out to be a pretty decent investment.</div>
