<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>The problem with Earthbound was the marketing of it. The way they marketed it a lot of people just kind of passed it over. Then a couple years later when emulators became extremely popular they were like, oh, WAIT minute! This game rocks! It was often ranked right at the very top of rom downloads on various sites.

I still am hoping that there will be another release of the game here in North America 1&2 hasn't been released because the Japanese somehow have the idea that North Americans don't want games that have adult themes in them and they don't know if they want to invest that much into a translation; I don't think many people here give a crap about adult themes in videogames besides the PTC and other angry bitch women groups like that. Just release the game here already! Earthbound 64 might very well make its way to the DS, and the official Earthbound 2 we'll know around Christmas time or January, since that's about the time it will be released in Japan.</div>

I play Earthbound at least once every year, usually more. Plus my signature here for like 3 years was Earthbound related =P

At the moment Im working on getting the Kings Sword for Poo for my save file from this quarter.

I could play the game end to end without stopping if my body was physically capabe of doing so.

I got the damn sword!!!

It is not incredibly difficult to get, and I think the guide (that came with the game) is innacurate, it says 1/255, but I think it is more like 1/50 or 1/75.

I'll get it on my first Wii playthrough of the game, and if they actually do have online stat tracking, it will be there for all of you to see =)

I can send you a few zsnes saves of mine that have the sword.

I don't have any emulator saves, I play the game on SNES the way it was meant to be played =)
