<div style='font: 10pt Tahoma; text-align: left; '>you might want to be looking for a new MB and vidcard since the new PCI express is the shit.

On that note, if i had a PCI express MB i would get a Radeon x600 XT for around $180-200. Dont look at newegg, be dangerous and shop at pricewatch.

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>but...they're all Pentium 4 boards and they get rid of the AGP slot...now you're telling me I have to upgrade my video card too? wonderful</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Tahoma; text-align: left; '>not yet, AMD board makes will jump on the band wagon soon enough. Of course there is no AGP slot, that is what PCI express replaces, it transmits info at 16x instead of AGP's 4x/8x, it is made for video cards and the new cards only come in PCI Ex form.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>so then you're telling me to upgrade I have to buy a new motherboard, new memory, new CPU, AND a new graphics card? That blows</div>

<div style='font: 10pt Tahoma; text-align: left; '>it isnt like AGP 8x is bad, the top end systems still use AMD64 and AGP. In fact, i think they only difference in the AGP 4x vs 8x vs PCIex 16x is the load speed of games, but once it is running you cant even tell the difference.</div>
