<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a little different here, French is pretty much confined to Quebec and Acadian Atlantic Canada. But I think Spanish is going to be unofficially the most spoken language in the US in 10 years or so.</div>

Also, I think part of the problem is caused by highschool dropouts in places like S. Central... I don't even know *how* you'd go about fixing that situation...</div>
