I did a google search for "convert dvd to mpeg" and found a bunch of sites.</div>

<div style='font: bold 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I use DVDShrink 3.1. It's really nice. At least I like it and I know others who do.
It lets you cut out the menus, the extras, whatever you want. You can cut up the actual movie into pieces too.

And if it's a large movie, you can shrink the file size by reducing quality if that's needed.

You can burn the files you are given by DVDShrink directly to a DVD using Nero.

You can also use the files and convert them to an AVI and then to an MPEG if you want.</div>

On the latter (menus and all), I would recommend the Matroska Video standard.</div>
